AutoCount On the Go, known as the AOTG. AOTG is a plugins for remotely access AutoCount Accounting via the internet, by using devices like laptop, mobile phone and tablet. It currently covers debtors, creditors, sales, purchases, stock, inventory and reporting. AOTG can be accessed on any browser to connect to AutoCount Accounting software.
AOTG Overview
This is the main screen of AutoCount On The Go. This is how it looks like if you are using PC, laptop or tablet to log in AOTG. The function menu is displayed on left. You can select the menu you want to access. The Dashboard shows mainly quick information related to Sales, collections, invoices etc. On the top right corner, the setting button is for you to change password, to perform setting of access rights, sales, purchases and stock item and to log out. 
This is the main screen layout if you are using smartphone of Android or IOS. The layout is phone friendly. There is a Menu button on top left corner. Touch on the button you may select the menu to access. Similarly, there is also a setting button on the top right corner. 
This is Debtor feature. You can click this New button to add debtor. Other than that, you can generate the debtor reports (Debtor Aging Report, Debtor Balance Report and Debtor Statement) 
This is the layout of Debtor Statement. The function of Debtor Statement is same with AutoCount Accounting. It able to filter, export and print out the report. 
There are plenty of functions for sales feature. The functions to generate sales transaction and sales reports, such as Quotation, Invoices, Cash Sales, Monthly Sales Analysis, Price History … You can click on the plus sign to add a new sales transaction. 
If you log in using smartphone, the sales invoice transaction screen will look like this. You will see the header of the invoice, and you may scroll down as usual then you will see the footer. Click on Add line to add item. 
Let’s see the layout of Sale Invoice when you log in using PC, laptop or tablet. This is the header of Invoice. It is same with the header of Invoice in AutoCount Accounting. 
This is the body of Sales Invoice. This is the field to select the item, key in the quantity and price. When you click on Instant Info, Instant Info window will be prompted out. On below is the footer of Invoice which is same with AutoCount Accounting. It will show the tax amount, total amount and Remark field. 
Once done, you can export it to PDF format and print. The Tax Invoice format is same with AutoCount Accounting. 
This is one of the examples of sales reports. This is Top Bottom Sales Ranking report. As usual, you can define filter options before generating report. 
This is the layout of sales report which displays in smartphone. Click on the Search button then you will get the Filter Options. 
For Creditor features, you can add creditor and view the creditor listing. 
Purchase feature is similar to the features in Sales. You can create transaction and generate reports. 
This is the header of Purchase Return. 
On top is the body and below is the footer. Transfer function is also available in AOTG for both sales and purchases documents. For example, this is purchase return, the transfer button is located at bottom left corner. 
You may choose to perform full transfer or partial transfer. 
This is the layout of Purchase Returns when you are using smartphone. The layout is similar to what we have in sales invoice. At the bottom left corner, you may touch on More to perform Transfer document either full transfer or partial transfer. Again, this function is available in both sales and purchases documents. 
This is the layout of Purchase report. This is Monthly Purchase Analysis. You can get the standard function in reports which is Filter Options. Other than filter options, user able to do grouping as well. 
This is the layout of purchases reports in smartphone. 
In AOTG, we have put in the three most frequently used features for stock control. Add new stock Item, Stock Adjustment and Stock Balance Report 
This is the layout of Stock Adjustment. Stock adjustment consists the function of instant info and multi location. 
Currently, only the Profit and Loss Statement can be generated using AOTG. We shall consider to add more reports from time to time when necessary. 
You can export it to PDF and print out the report.
